Airports Corporation of Vietnam today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the RMIT University to strengthen collaboration in education, talent development and innovation for the future of Vietnam’s aviation sector.
The MoU was signed at ACV’s head office by Mr Nguyen Ngoc Quy, Member of the Board of Directors at ACV and Professor Iwona Miliszewska, Dean of the School of Science, Engineering & Technology, RMIT Vietnam.

Delegates from both entities attended the ceremony.
Under the MoU, the two parties will explore and develop opportunities to:
Offering students internships and work placements to develop practical skills, professional confidence and a deeper understanding of the aviation sector and its operational environment;
Ensuring RMIT’s academic programs continue to reflect industry developments, emerging technologies, and future workforce needs;
Conducting collaborative research and innovation;
Organizing specialized training, professional development and industry engagement activities
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quy, Member of the Board of Directors at ACV, emphasized: “A highly skilled workforce will be essential for ACV to meet the operational demands of major national projects, including Long Thanh International Airport and the expansion of key gateways such as Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai international airports.”
Professor Iwona Miliszewska, Dean of the School of Science, Engineering & Technology, RMIT Vietnam shared the same vision, underscored the importance of people as the foundation for sustainable growth. She said: "Through this MOU, RMIT and ACV are establishing a partnership that is both strategic and practical, with a strong focus on talent development, industry engagement, and innovation. We see this partnership as a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship built on shared goals, mutual learning, and trust. We look forward to working closely with ACV to create meaningful outcomes for both organizations and for Vietnam’s future workforce."
