To meet the increasing travel demand during the 2026 summer peak period, Tuy Hoa Airport has proactively implemented a series of integrated solutions, focusing on improving service quality, ensuring operational safety, and maintaining smooth airport operations.
During the peak period from June to August 2026, Tuy Hoa Airport is expected to serve more than 40,000 passengers per month, with an average of 10 aircraft movements per day. In response to rising passenger demand, the Airport has developed a detailed service plan, arranged adequate personnel, vehicles, and equipment, and strengthened coordination with airlines and relevant operating units to ensure safe and efficient operations.

At the passenger terminal, airport staff are stationed at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas to assist and guide passengers throughout the travel process. Operational coordination has also been strengthened to ensure passengers are served promptly and to minimize congestion during peak hours.
In addition to improve service resources, Tuy Hoa Airport continues to promote the application of technology to enhance the passenger experience. Self-check-in kiosks have been conveniently deployed at the terminal, enabling passengers to complete check-in procedures proactively and reduce waiting time.

Passengers may also complete procedures using biometric identification technology through the VNeID application or with guidance from airline staff at check-in counters. The deployment of these technological conveniences not only contributes to improving service quality but also gradually supports the digital transformation goals of aviation operations.
The Airport has also enhanced communication and guidance for passengers, encouraging them to prepare all required identification documents, arrive at the airport in accordance with regulated check-in times, and prioritize the use of technology-based services to ensure a smoother and faster check-in process.

Aviation safety measures are being implemented strictly in accordance with regulations. Tuy Hoa Airport has intensified inspections and supervision of airside areas, aircraft parking stands, operating equipment systems, and aviation infrastructure facilities. The Airport has also proactively reviewed emergency response plans to ensure safe and continuous operations throughout the peak period.
In parallel, the Airport has conducted inspections and maintenance of operational equipment systems, prepared sufficient standby materials and equipment, and maintained fire prevention, firefighting, search and rescue forces on duty in accordance with regulations, ready to respond promptly to any arising situations.
