Strengthened financial background
In 2025, ACV’s total assets reached VND 91,910 billion, representing a 19% increase year-on-year. A key highlight in its financial structure was the significant 65% increase in charter capital, reaching VND 35,828 billion, bringing total equity to VND 69,902 billion. The Ministry of Finance remains the largest shareholder, holding nearly 2.08 billion ACV shares, equivalent to a 95.4% ownership stake.
This substantial capital expansion not only enhances ACV’s ability to secure counterpart funding and reduce reliance on debt but also strengthens its risk management capacity. It provides a solid financial foundation for the effective implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly the strategic national project Long Thanh International Airport, which plays a pivotal role in Vietnam’s airport development strategy.
