Recently, within the framework of the "Aviation Accompanying Da Nang Tourism 2025" program, Da Nang International Airport, Chu Lai Airport, and Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation JSC (AHT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for strategic cooperation for the 2026–2030 period with the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

Deputy Director To Ngoc Hai (center), representing Da Nang International Airport, and Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, participated in the signing ceremony.

This event represents a significant milestone, affirming the close partnership between the aviation and tourism sectors in Da Nang’s sustainable development strategy for the new era.

According to the agreement, the parties will collaborate closely in promoting the opening of new routes and maintaining existing domestic and international flight paths; sharing tourism market intelligence; and strengthening promotional activities and media communications for Da Nang’s image across domestic and international channels. The cooperation aims to enhance the visitor experience starting right at the aviation gateway, contributing to building Da Nang’s reputation as a safe, friendly, and attractive destination.

In 2025, Da Nang International Airport maintained a network of 26 domestic and international routes, with an average of over 130 flights per day. The signing of this strategic cooperation is an important foundation for the parties to jointly attract airlines, open more new routes, and increase operational frequency, thereby driving the city's tourism and socio-economic development.

Da Nang International Airport will continue to accompany the local tourism industry, leveraging its role as a vital transportation gateway for the Central region and contributing to making Da Nang a leading destination both regionally and globally.
