In the joyful atmosphere heading towards the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day – Heroic City (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the Red Flamboyant Festival – Hai Phong 2025, on the afternoon of May 11, 2025, in Hai Phong, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) held the groundbreaking ceremony for Package No. 6, "Construction of the Apron Expansion Project at Cat Bi International Airport (HKQT) – Phase 2"; with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Vietnam Airlines, contractors, and leaders of Hai Phong City.
May 11, 2025 – Vinh International Airport has put into operation a VinFast electric vehicle charging station system, marking an important step in developing green and modern transportation infrastructure. Notably, Vinh International Airport is the first among all 22 airports under the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) to implement this facility.

On April 19, 2025, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) held a grand inauguration ceremony for Terminal T3 – Tan Son Nhat International Airport, marking a significant milestone in the development of Vietnam's aviation infrastructure. The event was further highlighted by the presence of two longstanding and strategic partners: M8M, CPG Corporation, and Smiths Detection.
On April 19, 2025, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) held the Groundbreaking and Site Handover Ceremony for the Expansion and Upgrade Project of Ca Mau Airport in Ca Mau Province. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 2,400 billion (~USD 92 million) and was launched as the nation celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).
