Shenzhen Airlines has officially presented the Outstanding Support Award to Noi Bai International Airport, recognizing the airport’s professional coordination, strong sense of responsibility, and operational effectiveness in supporting the airline’s flights in Vietnam.
Tho Xuan Airport has proactively developed a detailed operational plan, mobilizing maximum personnel, equipment, and vehicles to ensure absolute safety and enhance service quality during the 2026 Lunar New Year peak period.
According to its operational plan for the 2026 Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse) peak period, Tan Son Nhat International Airport is projected to handle approximately 145,000 passengers per day. With 61 airlines currently operating at the airport, the average daily traffic is expected to reach 940 arrivals and departures, with the busiest day potentially accommodating up to 1,025 flights.
With passenger volumes forecast to record double-digit growth, Noi Bai International Airport has activated its peak service plan for the 2026 Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse). This year’s approach highlights the combination of expanded infrastructure and a comprehensive “contactless” technology ecosystem to ensure a smooth and convenient travel experience.
From 27 January to 01 February 2026, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) participated in a tourism promotion and air route development program held in Seoul and Busan, Republic of Korea. The program was jointly organized by the People’s Committee of Hue City and the People’s Committee of Quang Tri Province with the objective of promoting Hue as a destination and facilitating the launch of direct air services between Incheon – Hue and Busan – Hue.
